SUBJECT: Early Sponsorship and Planning Info for the 2021 APA Convention
After having to postpone in-person meetings for over a year, we are confident that our members are as excited as we are at the prospect of Reuniting to Achieve Results at this year's APA Convention, September 21-24 in San Antonio, Texas.
Planning is underway and you won't want to miss the insightful convention programming and memorable social events, as well as the city's lively atmosphere at the Hyatt Regency Riverwalk, our host hotel. Centrally located on the vibrant River Walk, with direct access to the world-famous Alamo, Hyatt Regency San Antonio puts you in the heart of all of the entertainment, culture and history that the city has to offer.
 
We've negotiated a low rate of $215 a night that includes basic internet. Please book your rooms early by clicking here. | Early Sponsorship Information |
| The APA is most grateful for the generosity of its sponsors. Our goal is always to make event tickets reasonable and it's only through sponsorship that we can accomplish that task. Sponsorship support is even more critical this year when the association budget has been significantly reduced.
Please review the attached listing of Sponsorship Benefits & Opportunities and consider the level at which your company may want to participate. Remember, sponsorships are available on a first come basis, so please reply at your earliest convenience by completing this form and returning it to Annelise Gillespie at [email protected] or call her at (301) 529-8634 to discuss.
By pledging early sponsorship support to the APA (by May 14), your company will receive added exposure by having your logo in the registration materials.

| A Few Convention Highlights |

Informative Sessions and Thought Provoking Speakers
Keynote speakers will offer some of the best that the Great State has to offer and will be announced as soon as they are confirmed. General Sessions will delve into current topics impacting the fireworks business and as always, key agency and government officials will help APA members navigate the regulatory landscape.
Big Texas BBQ
Relax and unwind with your association friends and colleagues -- all while feasting on the best BBQ in Texas courtesy of APA Board Member Chester Davis and his Big Thunder BBQ Crew. Chester and his team guarantee that no one will leave hungry. After dinner, we'll enjoy a taste of the old Southwest with entertainment in the adjacent Arneson River Theatre and a special send off for all those who attend.
Fiesta With Friends Dinner & Fireworks
For our closing event, you'll experience flavors of San Antonio at a fun filled Fiesta with Friends! We'll be treated to an assortment of wonderful southwest inspired dishes and the evening will be capped off by an awesome fireworks display by Magic in the Sky Fireworks.
