Sign Up for APA USigning up is not difficult and available to all APA members. Not a member? Learn more about APA membership here. Check to see if your company is already enrolled. If they are not, email Annelise Gillespie at [email protected] and she will assist you with your initial company enrollment. After that, your company's Training Manager will be responsible for adding users (dubbed "Learners"), enrolling them in the appropriate courses, and assigning them roles. PLEASE REMEMBER: Every company enrolled in APA U is required to have a designated "TRAINING MANAGER" who will have the responsibility of enrolling participants in the courses you feel relevant to your operation and for monitoring their progress. You may designate more than one individual as a training manager and a summary of the manager’s role can be viewed by clicking here. We urge Training Managers to take the time to explore all of APA U's features and become familiar with the wide array of training modules available. We also need to stress that once a company is enrolled in APA U, your Training Manager is responsible for adding additional users into APA U. Unfortunately, with a staff of only two, the APA can not assume these tasks although we are happy to answer questions and point you in the right direction. Managers are NOT permitted to remove users because that person’s transcripts would be erased and transcripts need to be preserved should a company need to prove that their employees took a course. |
